Not snowy trees in snowy taiga

What I expected to happen was...:
A tree with a snow on it.

What actually happened was...:

there is no snow on one side of it

Steps to Reproduce:

1. /locate biome minecraft:snowy_taiga
2. tp there
3. fly around in spectator to find it{}{}{}
