Mouse freezes while chunks load

Playing in the last update I have tried the last two versions, 1.21 and 1.21.1 and both have the same problem where when loading the chunks the small load jerks freeze the movement of the mouse, this being extremely annoying and reaching points of being unplayable depending on how low the FPS are
