Stone, polished blackstone, and weighted pressure plates require a pickaxe to drop

Stone pressure plates, polished blackstone pressure plates, and both types of weighted pressure plates require a pickaxe in order to drop themselves when mined. In the case of stone and blackstone pressure plates, this is inconsistent with their button counterparts (MC-177518, marked as WAI), and other stone-based redstone devices in general (MC-271090, also marked as WAI).
