Extreme performance issues on MacBook Air M3 on Snapshot 1.21.1.

Every snapshot prior, e.g. 1.19.4, seems to work fine, but when I try to use the current snapshot, my FPS spikes randomly every five or so seconds. I have all my settings turned down to the lowest, but the problem continues to persist. I attached a picture of one of the FPS spikes below to show what I mean. For reference, on prior snapshots, my computer was running a hundred FPS consistently, even with some of the graphical settings turned up. My computer is also new so it shouldn't be by GPU or CPU causing difficulties.
