Sliding down honey blocks is still different from previous versions

Through MC-275537 is marked as fixed, sliding down honey block is still different from previous versions.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create a superflat world.

2./fill 0 -60 0 0 -59 5 grass_block (Build a 6 block momentum)

/setblock 0 -59 12 grass_block (6 blocks gap)

/fill 1 -58 7 1 -57 11 honey_block

3./tp @s 0.73 -58 -0.29 0 50

4.Hold sprint, Press and Hold W and Space at the same time.

Observed result:

You could jump across the 6 blocks gap.(1.21.2-pre3)

Expected result:

You cannot jump across the 6 blocks gap.(1.21.1)

Notes:

In 1.21.1, the player is slowed down on X/Z axis when begin sliding down the honey block, while 1.21.2-pre3 won't.
