my world stopped starting

I played, then left the game by clicking save and exit, the next time I wanted to enter the world did not show up in my worlds, although it was in the game folder, the world was on version 1.20.1 forgeoptifine, I went to 1.21 and this window appeared i cant  add world, because too big
