There are no shadows on text displayed within the F3 debug menu

There are no shadows on text displayed within the F3 debug menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter a world and open the F3 debug menu.
2. Look closely at the text within the menu.

Observed Behavior:

There are no shadows.

Expected Behavior:

There would be shadows.
