/tp does not work

When using /tp, it says that an error occured and will not work.

 

Steps of Reproduction:

1. Get a command block
2. Type a command with /tp or /teleport
3. Activate it

(/)Expected Result:

The target will be teleported.

(x)Observed Result:

"An unexpected error occured trying to execute that command"
