Horse Armor is clipping in the horse inventory

Horse armors are clipping through the horse's body in the horse inventory (again).

The same occurred a few snapshots back, as described in MC-276299, and was fixed in 24w37a, but it's back as of 1.21.2 Pre-Release 1.
This bug seems to correlate with MC-276604 as, when the one gets fixed, the other one resurfaces.
