The horse armor equipping sound is unusually loud

The Bug:

The horse armor equipping sound is unusually loud.

This problem is more noticeable when equipping the horse armor through the horse's inventory.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a tamed horse by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:horse ~ ~ ~ {Tame:1b}

2. Obtain some horse armor, put it on the horse, and listen closely as you do this.

Observed Behavior:

The sound is unusually loud.

Expected Behavior:

The sound would play at a normal volume.
