Inconsistency of Voluntary Exile Advancement with Minecraft's 1.21 New Mechanics

The advancement description of the advancement "Voluntary Exile" is inconsistent with new 1.21 Ominous Bottle mechanic.

It says: "Maybe consider staying away from villagers for the time being..."

Since a raid captain doesn't give Bad Omen by just killing it, I think this is an inconsistency.

How to Reproduce

1. Open Minecraft Java 1.21.1
2. Do /advancement grant @s only minecraft:adventure/voluntary_exile
3. Press T to open chat.
4. Hover your mouse over [Voluntary Exile] to see the advancement's description.
