Bug with high NBT (Component) items not letting worlds load.

I tried to load a world with high NBT (Components) and I got this error:

net.minecraft.class.8801: Tried to read NBT tag that was too big;

tried to allocate: 104857568 + 36 bytes where max allowed: 104857600
