Players' name tags aren't visible through non-player entities

The Bug:

Players' name tags aren't visible through non-player entities.

Players' name tags are visible through players, but not non-player entities, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
2. Get "Player A" to stand still and have "Player B" switch to third person and position themselves so that their body is covering "Player A"'s name tag.
3. Observe that the name tag is still visible.
4. Summon a non-player entity by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:creaking ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

5. Get "Player B" to attempt to look at "Player A"'s name tag through the creaking.

Observed Behavior:

Players' name tags aren't visible through non-player entities.

Expected Behavior:

Players' name tags would be visible through non-player entities.
