The new creaking does not show particles tracing to it's creaking heart when attacked by anything that is not a player

When the creaking is attacked by anything other than a player(for example a warden or a dispenser with arrow) it does not show particles leading to it's heart

What I expected to happen was...:
i thought when the creaking was attacked by anything it would show particles leading to it's heart, so for example i summoned a warden near one and let it attack one.

What actually happened was...:
nothing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. summon or get a warden near the creaking mob
2. don't look at the creaking so it makes noise and warden gets enraged
3. warden attacks the creaking and no particles are shown

or

1.place a dispenser next to a creaking

2. fill dispenser with arrows

3. trigger dispenser firing an arrow at the creaking, no particles leading to the heart will be shown
