Using the Pick Block key on a creaking_transient entity does not give the player a creaking spawn egg

When pressing the Pick Block key (middle mouse button by default) on a creaking linked to a heart (creaking_transient), the player doesn't obtain an creaking spawn egg in creative mode.

How to reproduce:

1. In a world with the Winter Drop experiment enabled, place a creaking heart between two correctly aligned pale oak logs.
2. Wait for the creaking to spawn.
3. While in Creative mode, use the Pick Block key (middle mouse button by default) on the creaking.

Expected result:

The player would obtain a creaking spawn egg.

Observed result:

Nothing happens.
