Pale hanging moss doesn't have mipmapping

Pale hanging moss lacks any mipmapping which makes it appear really grainy in the distance due to aliasing.

Reproduction Steps

• Place some hanging moss and fly away from it
• Take a screenshot
• Disable mipmapping
• Take a screenshot
• Compare the 2 screenshots

Observed Results

• There is no difference in the look of pale hanging moss between the 2 screenshots because it doesn't have mipmapping
  

Expected Results

• Pale hanging moss would be subject to mipmapping
