Pale moss and pale hanging moss is flammable unlike regular moss

The Bug:

Pale moss and pale hanging moss is flammable unlike regular moss.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down some pale moss.
2. Obtain some flint and steel and burn the pale moss.
3. Wait a couple of seconds and observe if the pale moss burns.

Observed Behavior:

Pale moss and pale hanging moss is flammable.

Expected Behavior:

Pale moss and pale hanging moss would not be flammable.
