The Bug:

Creakings can be pushed by flowing liquids when standing still.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a creaking and obtain a water bucket.
2. Enter survival mode and look at the creaking so that it doesn't move.
3. Place water near the creaking and observe if the water pushes it.

Observed Behavior:

Creakings can be pushed by flowing liquids when standing still.

Expected Behavior:

Creakings would not be pushed by flowing liquids when standing still.
