Cant give colored armor with command blocks.

Though im not sure if this is a forgotten aspect, leather armor cannot be given colored. like./give @p[r=2] 298 #15F If this is intended forgive me, but teleporting people to a dispenser is ...about as annoying as pistons in an adventure map.
