[MC-276985] World from previous version disappeared

Hello,

My name is Sandrine, I am Vicente's mother. His ID is Vicente1300.

He plays to Minecraft on a Android Samsung tablet.

He says he has Minecraft Java, not the Bedrock. And we don't have any Xbox.

1/ Yesterday he still had all of his 65 worlds.

2/ Then he launched the update and didn't play after.

3/ Today, when he turned on the tablet, Minecraft application had disappeared from the tablet !

4/ So we downloaded it again from GooglePlay => the 1.21 version

=> And he lost all his worlds.

I followed the process you indicate here :

But files are... empty !

How can we charge the previous version so we can get his worlds back, please ?
