Old boat entity type translation keys are not deprecated

Despite the minecraft:boat and minecraft:chest_boat entity types being removed, their translation keys are still present and not listed in deprecated.json. For consistency with the existing translation key deprecation policy, I would expect these translation keys to be listed in deprecated.json.
