PS4 controller compatibility issue

Good afternoon.
It happens that there is a very big bug.
When I connect the minecraft and link it to the PS4 or PS5 controller. (I am referring to the mobile version) the trigger that is L2 has a double trigger, that is, if a block is placed it is placed double, also when I try to open the doors it is so fast that it opens and closes, you cannot aim with the bow and arrow either. 
I've been trying to write to other mojang pages but their page is wrong.
