Touching an end portal while in spectator mode teleports the player when they exit spectator mode

How to replicate:

• Open a creative world and build an end portal
• Enter spectator mode
• Touch the end portal
• Move away from the end portal
• Leave spectator mode
  You will be teleported to the end anyway

Expected behavior:
You wouldn't teleport to the end since you aren't inside an end portal
