The jukebox is still playing after I remove the disc

I have a setup that makes it so the jukebox gets a new disc from a dropper every time the first disc is taken out. Underneath the jukebox is a hopper mine cart. If put a disc in the jukebox many songs start playing at once. This can not be stopped by breaking the jukebox, only logging out.
