Parity Issue: Netherite Axe with Efficiency 5 + Haste 2 can't insta cut wood

I tested it on both plataforms the same setup and in bedrock you can cut instantly wood just like stone but on java you can't.

I saw on the wiki the netherite is faster than diamond but it still don't cut like in bedrock.
