Minecraft missing texture magenta quadrants are not pure magenta

The bug

The missing texture generated by the game uses #f800f8 for the magenta regions, rather than the expected #ff00ff.

How to reproduce

Dump all dynamic textures using F3+S, then check minecraft_missingno.png in an image editor.

Expected results

The magenta regions would use the colour #ff00ff.

Actual results

They use the colour #f800f8.
