Gamemode switcher insanely annoying

I have OP on a private survival server, and we are very much against any sort of cheating no matter what, NO EXCEPTIONS,

I have OP to make sure i can kick someone if they have to suddenly go afk

Issue is, F3+F4 is just right next to each other, and I worry who even thought this was a good idea, It happened twice now, that i switched to spectator or creative mode,  and this hurts a little, because if we weren't this far into the game, we would have started a new world, as we are that much against the slightest cheating,

 

Please, change the keybinds for the gamemode switcher, or have it be customizable,
