Pressing Alt+F4 while in game (no save) causes certain block textures to become blank

I used Alt+F4 during a session without having ever saved the game manually in that specific world, it caused the items i had in inventory to also become blank, altough i have no screenshot of that, this bug affected also other saved worlds i had (including one that i created immediatly after this bug occured)

*im updating this after 30 minutes because apparently it affects multiplayer too, im sending another 2 screenshots, one of the world i created after the discover of the bug and one of the server i used to test this bug.

*im updating this cause this bug is on optifine's side.... i feel dumb now having posted this
