Thrown ender pearl teleport position is inconsistent

The bug

Thrown ender pearls behave erratically when teleporting players, moving them in a seemingly random offset from the actual landing position. This did not happen in 1.21.1.

To reproduce

• Look straight down and throw an ender pearl.

Observed result

The player would stay roughly in the same position, as in 1.21.1.

Expected result

The player is moved to a noticeably different position.
