Floating item in creative mode can't pick up

 

What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here

What actually happened was...:
can't pick up the item after i drop it, and misdrop during selection in inventory

Steps to Reproduce:
1. by pressing Q
2. drop the item out of inventory menu
3. and some is putting a flower at the top of the blocks once you remove the blocks by accident the flower remain on that place and cannot be remove
