"Player moves wrongly" printed into console and players stuck at original place when using riptide trident in front of a nether portal.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Build a nether portal in front of you.

2.Get a riptide trident and /weather rain.

3.Throw the riptide trident in front of the portal.

(You should be less than 2 blocks in front of the portal ,and you should look slightly down when throwing the trident)

Expected result:

You will pass through the portal.

Observed result:

You will stuck at original place and "Player moves wrongly" is printed into console.
