Bottle o' Enchanting is in the "Ingredients" tab

Bottle o' Enchanting can be found in the Ingredients tab of the creative inventory, despite not being an ingredient for anything.

 

Expected behavior:

Bottle o' Enchanting would be found in the Tools & Utilities tab

Actual behavior:

Bottle o' Enchanting is found in the Ingredients tab
