There's no texture for text/element selection background

Even though there were additions of all kinds of GUI element textures in recent versions and snapshots, the really significant one is missing from the files. There is no texture of the container selection that highlights some GUI elements. That includes clicking on the options from lists like worlds and packs or the texts. That is quite weird considering there is a way to change the texture of text fields for example, having very similar look.
