Breeze from spawner-type blocks can spawn on glass and rails

When an ominous bottle V is active, a breeze can spawn on glass with rails.

 

I have a farm setup, and it works fine.  the breeze spawns inside of it and dies.

When i use it with omnious bottles, it can span on my glass track with rails, interrupting the farm(stops the player/kills the player)
