Structure blocks do not copy over block displays

When I copy a structure with a structure block and paste it down block displays aren't there

Yes, Include Entities is on the save one and the load one

Armour stands copied over but the block displays didn't

For the photos, the monitor is just a texture pack and this is 100% vanilla

The carpets and stone button on the desk are the block displays which did not copy over to the second image in another room
