High speed minecart fail to rerail after derailing

Fast moving minecarts won't snap to rails when they should.

Reproduction Steps

• Load this world Test.zip
• Put a pig in a minecart and let it speed up (/tick sprint 100s)
• Push the lever to release the pig
• Do it again but this time with a gap in the track

Observed Results

• The minecart that had a gap in its track doesn't snap to the rail track again
