Breezes do not retaliate against all mobs

Breezes will refuse to fight back when attacked by another entity and can only target another entity if they actively attack on sight. (such as Players and Iron Golems)

Using /damage to pit it against another mob stirs no reaction from the Breeze.

NOTE: Breezes at one point used to retaliate against mobs that attacked them in a previous snapshot, this is currently no longer the case.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a Breeze and another mob (blaze and zombie are examples in the attached video)
2. Use /damage to cause one of the example mobs to damage the Breeze

Expected Result: The Breeze will fight back against the mob that damaged it.

Observed Result: The Breeze doesn't do anything in retaliation.

A video has been attached demonstrating an attempt to anger a Breeze towards both a nearby Zombie and Blaze.
