Can´t buy minecraft in dollars

Hello Mojang, I am Dominic from Panama and I want to fix an issue with the buying system becuase in phase of buying, by defualt is Spain and when I change it to Panama its says ¨This page was´n found¨. Please fix is so I can buy minecraft and play with my friends.
