Ghast fireballs inflict extra damage and extra vertical knockback

When hit by a ghast fireball in snapshot 24w36a, excessive damage and vertical knockback is dealt to the player.

Steps to reproduce:{}

1. spawn ghast
2. be hit by fireball from said ghast

Expected results:

1. player takes 4-9 damage depending on difficulty
2. player takes small knockback

Actual results

1. player takes 8-22 damage (8 easy, 15 normal, 22 hard)
2. player takes ~10 blocks of upwards knockback
