Buried Treasure Map from shipwreck acts like blank map (shows area where activated with no X)

In seed 9060870240618901736, I looted a map from the shipwreck at -157, 52, -{}112, put it on my hotbar in slot 1, and pressed the 1 key. The map didn't display, so I right clicked it.{-}

What I expected to happen was...: The map shows an outline of the landmasses around a buried treasure, with an X marking the treasure.

What actually happened was...: The area surrounding me appeared, filled in with no X, as with a regular Blank Map.
