Returning tridents get stuck on blocks and spam sounds

As of 24w36a, Tridents that can return to their owner (such as with Loyalty) can no longer phase through blocks and repeatedly play the "Arrow hits" sound effect when they are touching a block.

This bug also applies when Tridents initially try to return in any way, as they collide with the block they are returning from and play the "Arrow hits" sound a few times.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a Trident with Loyalty.

2. Place a 2 block tall glass pillar.

3. Throw the Trident far away and position the pillar between yourself and where you threw the trident.

Expected Results: The Trident phases through the pillar to return to you as normal.

Observed Results: The Trident gets stuck on the pillar and constantly plays the "Arrow hits" sound effect.
