0-tick clock is still directional with Redstone Experiments enabled

With the new Redstone Experiments, I expected that there should be no directional redstone contraptions left. Instead, I noticed that this fast 0-tick clock is still directional.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build the contraption as shown in the video in two directions differring by 90 degrees.
2. Place a redstone block between the pistons.
3. One of the directions will work continuously, the other one will stop after a second.
