Crash when a boat is destroyed by a hazard

What I expected to happen was...:
The game functions normally after a boat is destroyed by a hazard.

What actually happened was...:
The server (internal/dedicated) crashes when the boat is destroyed by a hazard.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ride a boat
2. Drive it into a hazard that destroys it
