cursor pop up with a blue circle

What I expected to happen was...:
The cursor should not be shown without opening inventory or esc being pressed

What actually happened was...:
The cursor randomly pops up with a blue circle. I am not able to turn my character fluently. Besides, I have to press the mouse again to make it dissapear.

 

Note:

This is not the cursor finder from the mouse setting, the setting remained off all the time. This situation only happens inside Minecraft. No power toys were downloaded in this device.
