Frogs were not breeding

What I expected to happen was...:
Frogs accepted the slime and breed to make the frog spawn so I could get my tadpole back that I lost during a reset.

What actually happened was...:
Frogs took the slime, the hearts appeared, but they did not breed. They didnt even really walk towards eachother.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find Frogs
2. Give Slime
3. No Eggs : , (
