Armor sleeves do not follow arms when switching to and from items and on item use animations

Armor sleeves do not follow arms when switching to and from items and on item use animations. They do follow walking and arm swing animations such as punching and opening a fence gate.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip armor (at least the chestplate)
2. Grab an item with a use animation such as a trident, bow, or shield.
3. Use the item
   • Observed: sleeves do not follow arms
   • Expected: sleeves follow arms
