Witches converted from villagers move very fast

The bug

When a villager get struck by lightning, it transform into a witch. But the transformed witch while move very fast.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn a villager
2. Summon a lightning bolt over them
3. Wait until the converted witch starts moving

Observed result

They move twice as fast as normal witches (you can check using the attribute command: /attribute @n[type=witch] movement_speed get).

Expected result

They move at the same speed as normal witches.
