Teleport command runs at the entity's position and ignores location from execution context

I ran in chat:
/execute positioned ~ ~5 ~ run tp @s ~ ~ ~

What happened:
The command output said I was teleported 5 blocks above, but got teleported to the same position

What I expected to happen:
To teleport 5 blocks above my current position, as the command output said
