Clientbound' Cookie_Request bug on every version of Minecraft I play

A bug as been happening to whenever I log onto a specific server. It doesn't matter whether i'm on a 3rd party client or vanilla. It's been the same bug for the past week. I don't know whether its my fault or the servers fault.
