Reproduction steps

After selecting Singleplayer option
Given a save already exists named "New World" with folder name "New World"
Press "Edit" then press "Open World Folder"
Then go back to the game, then press "Cancel",
Then go back to file explorer, and navigate one path up, and rename the world folder from "New World" to "New World2",
Then go back to the game, select "New World" and press "Edit",
Then game becomes stuck in "Reading world data..." screen, after displaying pop-up "Failed to access world".

Expected Behaviour

The game displays pop-up "Failed to access world", and navigates back to "Select World" screen

Actual Behaviour

The game becomes stuck in "Reading world data..." page, after displaying pop-up "Failed to access world".
